Ditched sugar and became ill?

I stopped drinking sugary drinks and eating any kind of sweets to lose weight. The first three days I had a terrible headache and nausea, the 4th day I felt like I had mild flu and my body felt so weird. Today is day 5 and I feel much better, could sugar have caused thus????

Exercises for overweight people?

Best answer: Sure you can. You can always lose weight by burning more calories than you eat. But there are healthier and less healthy ways of doing it. Doing it on McDonald's food would be just about the least healthy in my opinion.

Best answer: that's not too bad as long as your keeping your diet balanced

for losing weight. 40 mins is all I can fit into my schedule except on sundays. I also run up and down steps for 10 mins
