If I just eat the toppings & cheese and throw out the crust, is it considered healthy food?
I can't stand the taste of what people call healthy foods. I crave junk food though and it a lot of it. It's really all I eat and you can tell because I'm 45 lbs overweight.
I stopped drinking sugary drinks and eating any kind of sweets to lose weight. The first three days I had a terrible headache and nausea, the 4th day I felt like I had mild flu and my body felt so weird. Today is day 5 and I feel much better, could sugar have caused thus????

Sure you can. You can always lose weight by burning more calories than you eat. But there are healthier and less healthy ways of doing it. Doing it on McDonald's food would be just about the least healthy in my opinion.
