Paying off my house 25 years early?

30 answers · Renting & Real Estate · 2 days ago
So instead of dragging out my home loan for 30 years, I was thinking, I should just buy a cheap house, do some updates to it and rent it out until it’s paid off. I’ve done the math and it’d take 4 years to pay the cheap house off with the renter’s money and me pouring money into it. Once the house is paid off, I... show more

I toured a lovely townhouse yesterday, and the owner had replaced the carpet on the first story semi-recently with wood flooring, however the stairs and the second story still had carpeting, which I'm assuming is either the original or fairly old based on how worn it looks (the unit was built in 2005). There is... show more

When should I take my lunch break?

20 answers · Other - Careers & Employment · 2 days ago
I came into work today at 12 (second shift) and immediately went to lunch because I was hungry. My boss got all mad at me. It's not my fault that the restaurant took too long. Why is he mad? I should be able to eat my lunch in peace.

If it just ends just at that? Like if it's paid, or resolved, does it, either way, become a public or permanent document tgst will show up on your credit/ rental history. Of which others could see?

Best answer: Are you sure they are going to refuse to rent to you when the baby comes. Often a lace will let 2 people plus a baby keep renting. Of course the baby is going to get bigger but this may get you another year or two or more. Beyond that, you do have (at least) 7 months so just apply away when the time comes and see... show more
